Can this unit convert used petroleum based hydraulic oil into diesel oil, or is it only for vegetable based oils?

I am loooking into the B-60. I would like to also know about the steel and brass plumbing. If it is just the valves, or can i get the tanks and pipe that way also? What would be the area this unit would take up? thank you for your time.

Would it be possible for me to replace the plastic plumbing with steel and brass valves? I’m not a real big fan of plastic plumbing.
